Mr. Robertson is an associate at Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC and practices in the litigation section of the firm where he assists individuals and businesses with a variety of legal issues. Mr. Robertson’s work focuses on representing his clients in disputes involving corporate director and officer liability, professional liability, complex business litigation, real estate, electronic discovery, and information governance. In his experience with the firm, Mr. Robertson has assisted various entities with corporate governance, shareholder disputes, employment issues, commercial litigation, and real estate matters.

Mr. Robertson earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Saint Edward’s University in Austin. After earning his undergraduate degree, Mr. Robertson went on to earn his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. While at the University of Houston, Mr. Robertson was the Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law, President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, and a director for the Advocates organization. Mr. Robertson also competed for the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mock Trial teams. During his mock trial experience, Mr. Robertson won the Hippard Novice Mock Trial Competition and was a finalist in the Hippard Open Mock Trial Competition. In Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mr. Robertson was a regional finalist three times, a national qualifier once, and national semi finalist once for various American Bar Association competitions in arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. For his advocacy skills and achievements Mr. Robertson was inducted into the National Order of Barristers.
