Ms. VanHoose is a shareholder in the litigation section of Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC. Her practice focuses on directors’ and officers’ (D&O) liability and real estate disputes. Ms. VanHoose has extensive experience in representing homeowners’ associations as well as experience in discrimination claims based on sex, age and race. She has been listed on Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers "Texas Rising Star" Editions 2007-2008 and holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available.

Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Ms. VanHoose practiced as an associate for a civil litigation law firm in Chicago. She also gained valuable experience in the area of medical malpractice defense while clerking at a boutique St. Louis law firm.
