Mr. Fessler is an associate at Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC and works in the general civil litigation and directors & officers sections of the firm. He is a member of the Fort Bend County Bar Association, Houston Bar Association, American Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Mr. Fessler was employed by a major insurance carrier in New York City, where he worked on Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions and Financial Institution claims.

Mr. Fessler is a graduate of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he earned Bachelors of Science degrees in Psychology and Sociology with a Certificate in Criminology and Corrections. While at the University of Utah, he earned Dean’s List honors and was a member and Peer Advisor for the LEAP program.

Mr. Fessler earned his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law, where he served as a senator for the Student Bar Association, member of the Ave Maria Ambassador program, and was a recipient of the Salt and Light and Robey Scholarships. He attended South Texas College of Law as a visiting student for his final year of law school. Mr. Fessler is licensed in Texas, New York and New Jersey.
