Mr. Tonsul was born in Arlington Heights, Illinois in1974. He attended Texas A&M University where he received a B.B.A. degree in Business Management in1996. He earned his law degree from the South Texas College of Law in 2000. Mr. Tonsul was admitted to the State Bar of Texas and Southern District of Texas in 2001. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Association of Former Students of Texas A&M University, 12th Man Foundation, and member of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets Association.

Mr. Tonsul practices Residential and Commercial Real Estate Litigation, Corporate Law, and Community Association Law. He specializes in the representation of property owners associations with respect to corporate matters and litigation. He routinely interacts with and assists property owners associations, developers, and property management companies with regard to real estate transactions, corporate matters, drafting of legal documentation and litigation.
