Mark Rabe is an associate in the Litigation section of Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC He has represented clients in a variety of matters, including construction contract disputes, ad valorem tax challenges, employment practices litigation, insurance fraud, home owners associations, and real estate transaction disputes.

During law school, Mr. Rabe interned for the Honorable Judge Elizabeth Ray in the 165th Harris County District Court. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he served his country in the United States Army, where he worked as a supply sergeant and paratrooper for the 18th Airborne Corp and the 82nd Airborne Division in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina.
