Family Law

Sloan v. Sloan, 683 S.W.2d 751 (Tex. App.—Houston [14th Dist.] 1984, no writ). (Family Law — Divorce — Division of Property)
The court erred in voiding the transfer of property from the husband and awarding a one-half undivided interest in the transferred property to the wife when the evidence was insufficient to support a finding that the transfer of the husband's interest in the property to a third-party was made with the intent to injure the rights of his wife.
