Brady Ortego is Board Certified in Residential Real Estate Law. Brady’s practice focuses on Community Association Law where he represents a variety of property owners’ associations across the state of Texas including master-planned, condominiums, townhomes, commercial, and single-family communities. Brady also has experience working with real estate developers in relation to the creation of communities and community associations.

He has received a professional designation from CAI as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and is the current Chair of the Texas Community Association Advocates (TCAA). TCAA is a legislative action entity that serves community associations, the professionals who serve them, as well as the volunteer leaders of the community. In November 2017, Brady became a Fellow of the College of Community Association Lawyers. Fewer than 175 attorneys across the United States have been granted membership to this prestigious College. The College of Community Association Lawyers includes lawyers who have demonstrated skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of community association law, and who are dedicated to excellence in the specialized practice of community association law.

One of his major focuses being education, Brady frequently speaks at CAI luncheons and seminars and authors numerous articles published in all four Texas chapters of CAI. He also educates his fellow lawyers on Community Association Law issues including presenting at the Texas State Bar’s 2015 Advanced Real Estate Drafting Course and the 2017 Advanced Real Estate Law Course. Brady authored the Property Owners’ Association Chapter in the most recent edition of the State Bar of Texas’ Foreclosure Manual.
