Greg Godkin is the managing shareholder of the Austin, Texas office of Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC. For over 20 years, Mr. Godkin has represented some of the world’s largest corporations as well as individuals in the areas of complex Business and Corporate Litigation, Directors and Officers Liability, Fiduciary Duty, Energy and Maritime, Construction Law, Catastrophic Personal Injury, and Complex Family Law Matters.

Mr. Godkin has been listed on Thompson Reuters Super Lawyers “Texas Rising Star” Edition 2011, as a “Top Rated Lawyer Texas’ Legal Leaders” in the Dallas Morning News, 2016, H-Texas Magazine 2004 and 2006 Top Lawyers, and for almost ten years he has been AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell which is the highest legal rating available. In addition, in 2016 Mr. Godkin was nominated to join the Texas Bar Foundation which is comprised of the top 1/3 of 1% of Texas attorneys.
