Rick S. Butler - Shareholder

Rick Butler was born in Marquette, Michigan, Mr. Butler earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1975 and a B.B.A. degree in finance from the University of Houston in 1973. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association and State Bar of Texas. He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals (Eleventh and Fifth Circuits) and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Butler is Board certified in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation and the Houston Bar Association, and is a member of The College of the State Bar and the Texas College of Real Estate Attorneys.
