Sandy Huynh - RMWBH Associate

Sandy Huynh focuses her practice in the multifaceted area of community association law and creditor’s rights. She joined the firm’s Community Associations Section in 2016 with a background in creditor’s rights, compliance and privacy. A native Houstonian, she received her Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University in 2004, her Master’s in Psychology in 2006, and her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2009.

Ms. Huynh worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable R. Jack Cagle, formerly County Court at Law No. 1 in Harris County. Prior to joining RMWBH, Ms. Huynh worked as an in-house counsel at Encore Capital Group, a global company, recovering consumer receivables throughout Texas and Virginia, and help developed compliance procedures, including privacy policies.

Ms. Huynh strongly believes in giving back to her community. In addition to serving on the Scholarship Committee at the firm, she was appointed to be the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s ambassador for the Women’s Leadership Network. Ms. Huynh also serves on the Gender and Fairness Committee for the Houston Bar Association and is very active with the Asian American Bar Association of Houston.
