Join attorneys Jane Janecek and Marc Markel as they offer drafting tips and suggestions that will work toward successful progression of communities well-beyond transition. One size does not always fit all. Simple additions or revisions can be put in place during the initial drafting phase or even as amendments during the development phase that focus on the smoothest transition possible through provisions that are specific to each community.

Brady will cover navigation of requests for reasonable accommodation or modifications and what documentation the association may request. Additionally, associations can now be potentially liable for the failure to adequately address neighbor-on-neighbor harassment. Learn what you can/should do to when one owner is harassing another.
